Can the shape still come out pretty if I get surgery only with rib cartilage and no silicone?? I want it to have a very refined feel, but I don’t like lines that look too trend-driven Can a straight-to-slightly-curved line come out nicely with only autologous rib cartilage... They say for a bulbous nose, rib cartilage helps hold the nasal tip well, but I wonder how it’ll be I’ve already used my septal cartilage and ear cartilage, and I’m just not going to use silicone!!
