Everyone, I came back from consultations, and I’m confused because the explanations differ. Does cartilage repositioning mean removing all the ear cartilage and septal cartilage that had been inserted to raise my nasal tip, then repositioning my original native cartilage back in its proper place? Or does it mean leaving a little of the septal cartilage or ear cartilage harvested during the nose surgery and arranging the shape a bit? ㅠㅠㅠ Please comment

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
