I got square jaw Botox around January. It was my first time, so I got 100 units each, and since I usually clench my teeth, I also had severe headaches and my jaw joints were bad, so they would make noises and such, but after the Botox it was fine for a while. But maybe because of the habit of tensing my jaw, the effect seems to wear off quickly. Still, it's worth getting.
