My square jaw was very severe and I had quite a lot of muscle, so I got about 150 units. The muscle disappeared, but since my jawbone structure was already there, it looks the same. For the first 2 weeks, there was a clicking sound from my jaw and it felt a bit strange, but it did not hurt, so I recommend it for people whose square jaw is purely due to muscle.
