I think I’m done with all the functional nose surgery now. I can breathe well too. After breathing even better for another month or two, I’ll go to a place for cosmetic revision surgery, thinking I’ll lie down just one last time. I’ll restore the osteotomy, remove swelling from the nostril wings, and even do alar lifting, and really get the surgery done properly. If you know a hospital that specializes in noses and is really good, let me know
