Seriously, where should I get surgery? I’ll take recommendations among S S Y, P R M, and G S. Septal extension strut, silicone, bilateral osteotomy, hump removal. The reason is my nose is just Pinocchio-level insanely high. Functionally, it’s completely messed up. I had rhinitis surgery together too. My rhinitis got worse. Does that make sense?
