The skin on my nasal tip is thin, so I originally had a garlic-shaped nose, you know? If your skin is thin enough that your cartilage shows through, don’t raise it excessively. If your nose has a lot of pores and thick skin, it doesn’t matter. Seriously, if your original skin is thin, think carefully. It really feels like it’s going to pierce through the skin. Contracture also comes more easily after rhinoplasty… ha
