Alar Reduction 1-Year Review

It’s been over a year since I had alar reduction. I thought about it so much before doing it, but I regret it now. My nose had a droopy columella, kind of like a dragon nose? I just wanted to slightly reduce only the nostril wings, so I didn’t even shop around and did it at the first place where I had a consultation. At first, they reduced about 4 mm? on each side, but it became uneven, so 6 months later, while correcting the asymmetry, they reduced another 3-4 mm? more. I was surprised because the director said it was possible to reduce more in a revision surgery. I guess my nostrils really were extremely big; And now a year has passed, but people around me sometimes notice and say something seems different..: They say my image has changed a lot. My nostrils are still uneven, and maybe they pulled the flesh too much, because it looks unnatural when I smile too, and my nose feels longer. I just miss living with bigger nostrils and the image of my old, more harmonious face. I heard reconstruction is also a difficult surgery, so I feel even more hopeless..
