Before<Before>After<After>I got revision rhinoplasty after 11 years Since it had been so long, the skin over the nasal bridge had become too thin, the silicone implant was showing through, my nostrils were very uneven, the nasal tip shape was too blunt and not pretty, and there were a lot of issues... For the revision, I had the silicone implant replaced + septal cartilage and ear cartilage + dermis coverage For the shape, I wanted the nasal bridge a little lower, the nasal tip higher, and I really hated a pointy nasal tip, so it had to be rounded!! lol First of all, I visited several places, and here the consultation with the consultant felt comfortable and matched the direction I wanted well Especially, the director immediately said the shape I wanted, so I think that’s why I made up my mind. The director is kind of kind while seeming indifferent hahaha For the recovery process, this place doesn’t put cotton inside the nose, so honestly my nose wasn’t painful or uncomfortable at all But for me, the dermis they took from my buttock area was harder to take care of and bothered me more.. Anyway, now all the bruising is gone, and because it’s a revision I still have swelling, but I can see a lot of improvement in my nose shape and I’m satisfied hahaha I hope the swelling all goes down soon hahaha
