I went in for a consultation for nose surgery. The staff were very kind, and there was almost no waiting time. It seems they schedule appointments so that you barely run into other patients. The consultation with the doctor was also about 40 minutes? Very thorough and comfortable. They clearly told me when certain requests were not possible, which helped me set my goals.
