I had it done without sedation, while awake, and it hurt. For me, the left side felt much more painful than the right I don’t know why, though. When I had it done the first time without sedation, I understood why people get sleep anesthesia the second time. I thought I tolerated pain well, but maybe not.. Anyway, it hurt so much when they did the double chin area.
