I like that the clinic was not chaotic when I went for a consultation. There is a dedicated parking lot, and I like that I can park by myself. I like that it is a brightly lit clinic. If shadows make the surgical area hard to see under dim lighting, that would not be good. I had a terrible experience at a clinic with dim lighting. I have visited many other clinics, but this one has fairly good hygiene and infection control in the operating room. Operating-room hygiene is my top priority, and I have failed several times elsewhere. This place is clean. The staff are kind. And the doctor is good at giving injections.
