They took photos with a professional camera and Photoshop-ed what I could expect to look like after the surgery. I also liked how they explained things in detail using lots of before-and-after photos from different surgeries. They did casually show some very graphic surgery photos in the middle, which was a little startling... Anyway, other than the high price, it was good.
