Of all the hospitals I’ve consulted with, this was the one that spent the most time, was the kindest, and considered the widest range of possibilities when counseling me. They even told me about side effects I hadn’t heard at other clinics, and I liked that the doctor personally took care of everything from the photos. However, because there were so many possible cases, when it came to surgery I was worried about agreeing and going ahead, since if this happened they would do it that way, and I’m concerned about scars and similar issues. I also didn’t feel good about the nurses resting in the operating room or chatting outside; it didn’t look safe or hygienic. It felt like the doctor was running the hospital all by himself, working hard ㅠㅠ The doctor is serious, kind, seems professional, and showed many before-and-after photos, so I trust him! I think it would be better if they put a little more effort into staff training.
