The director was calm and explained the limitations of surgery and other points very professionally. I spent most of the consultation time speaking with the director as if I were having a medical appointment, and the consultation manager only told me the price. When I asked the director about what I was curious about, he showed me materials and explained everything in detail, so I felt very reassured.
