I consulted here because I thought doing my first surgery at a hospital famous for revision surgery wouldn't be a bad idea. They didn't do a CT scan; it was more of a consultation where they touched my nose and looked at it overall while I was lying back in the surgery chair. The doctor himself took the photos and edited them in Photoshop. I got the strong impression that safety was the top priority, and they didn't recommend excessive surgery, which was similar to what I thought. The consultation was very long and detailed, so I recommend at least going once. The part I didn't understand was that they said they decide whether to use autologous costal cartilage only after opening up the nose during surgery... but the price was the same even if they didn't use autologous costal cartilage ㅜ And they also firmly said they wouldn't show the CCTV footage, which felt a bit off.
