I went because the doctor was famous, and the director was kind and clearly tried to understand exactly what kind of nose I wanted. They firmly explained what was realistically possible and what kind of nose would suit me. All the staff were kind, and the clinic facilities were excellent. Even after surgery, they continued to monitor my progress and helped me come to the clinic immediately if a problem arose. They took care of me all the way through.
