I was safety-oriented, and they counseled me appropriately. They also gave me options. However, they had somewhat evasive-sounding lines like, "The hump may remain," and "Full correction of a crooked nose isn't possible." My trust went down a bit because they tried to scare me as if functional nose surgery was absolutely necessary, didn't really explain the surgery in detail even though my case wasn't that severe and I was going to do it anyway, told me to check the before-and-after photos on the clinic website, and brushed over the fact that they use donated rib cartilage and donated dermis.
