I went for a consultation for revision nose surgery, and the consultation manager did the first consultation and then recommended a doctor who would fit me better. That’s how the system works. Since it’s a hospital focused on functionality, I liked that they did a CT scan and looked at it. But the consultation manager sees you first, and I honestly thought she was a doctor..ㅋ She was diagnosing me like a doctor, saying this won’t work, that won’t work, there’s no choice, and I was like, what is this?ㅋ The actual doctor was also the chief surgeon, so I waited an hour for the consultation, but he didn’t know exactly how my nasal blockage was formed.. He acted like the previous surgeon would know and that we’d have to open it up to find out, but that’s not why I waited to hear him say that. He just kept repeating the same thing, and it didn’t seem professional. I waited for nothing to get a consultation. If you’re only going to an ENT and just want nasal rhinitis surgery, then you might want to go.
