I went for a consultation for nose revision surgery. First of all, I liked that they clearly pointed out the parts that were needed. But it didn’t feel like a very thorough consultation, The director seemed like they wanted to leave quickly, as if being chased by something. During the consultation, the consulting coordinator suddenly opened the door twice!!!! and came in without knocking. I think they came to signal that the consultation should end quickly. Isn’t knocking basic manners? I felt pretty disrespected as a patient. It was so rude, and I thought, what is this even supposed to be? But I didn’t complain separately about it. There’s no need to have surgery here anyway. During the cost consultation, I was asked how much I was thinking of spending, which was a little odd. Does that mean they can match whatever amount I say? Isn’t the surgery cost supposed to be decided by them… Anyway, if it’s your first surgery, the price is reasonable and worth considering, but since this is revision surgery, which requires more caution, well, I’m not so sure about this place.
