It was my first time getting laser hair removal in my life. I just looked it up and went because it was cheap, but because it's a factory-style place, even though I had a reservation, the wait time was unbelievably, unbelievably long, and I'm not sure the staff were kind either. I got one hair removal session, but it hurt so much I can't do it again. If a refund is possible, I want a refund.
