If you go and say you want underarm hair removal, they just take payment right away. There wasn’t really any consultation. But originally I planned to get 5 sessions and then decide whether to continue, and they said hair removal needs about 10 sessions, then just said the price for 10 sessions and took my payment. Since it was my first time, I was too flustered to say anything ㅠㅠ The hair removal itself is contact-based. You just go, raise your arm, they apply gel, and then a doctor suddenly appears and quickly does the hair removal, finishing in about 20 seconds. The doctor is different every time, so I don’t know who it is. After the hair removal, a staff member wipes off the gel with tissue, but I’ve had it done 3 or 4 times now, and once they didn’t wipe it off, so my armpit was left wet... That was a bit annoying. The effect appears after about a week, and the underarm hair just falls out. It seems the hair gets a bit thinner and grows less too... I still don’t really feel the semi-permanent effect. If I went back, I’d choose a kinder place.. The prices seem similar at factory-style clinics anyway. And I heard non-contact is better, but this place is contact-based, so keep that in mind. There are a ridiculous number of people, so a reservation is essential, and even with a reservation you might still have to wait a bit.
