They were a bit unfriendly from the very first phone call. Even when I asked for a consultation, they ignored me, so I requested it once more, and only then did they contact me. The person who answered sounded extremely tired and was quite unfriendly. They said they charge a reservation deposit because of no-shows, and you have to deposit 10,000 won to proceed with the booking. I was put off by the phone consultation at first, but the facility, the manager, and the clinic were not bad overall.
