But for the questions the patient asked, they answered everything without showing any annoyance. And they had a calm, slightly sleepy kind of energy. What I liked was that they listened to everything the patient said without interrupting, then answered afterward. An anesthesiologist is on site. CCTV can be viewed in real time. In my case, I could view it for up to 7 days. And I felt like they really understood what I was saying. Even if I brought photos, my original nose shape is different, so I felt there was a limit to how well I could explain what I wanted to the doctor. Here, when I told the director what I wanted, they visualized it immediately with a cotton swab, and I felt communication was good. Also, when it came to surgical materials, they seemed to know how to work with everything, including septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and costal cartilage. Unlike other clinics where the doctor strongly pushes the material they are most confident in, here they recommend materials depending on the patient's condition. That also made me feel they had strong surgical skill, so I trusted them. In the end, I had surgery at this clinic, and I plan to write a more objective surgery review after the splint comes off.
