I had chin botox, and the staff at the counter didn't really seem friendly. Maybe because it was closing time, but the atmosphere felt a bit chaotic. Personally, the staff member who consulted me was kind, and they did suggest other procedures, but they didn't force anything on me. The doctor who did the procedure was also kind, I think.
