The staff were really kind~ The doctor doesn't consult directly; the manager does it instead. I've already gotten Botox here three times, and the event price is good so I come often. The staff guide you to the treatment chair, and once you're seated the doctor comes over and gives Botox with no real consultation. It's an average place..
