I consult directly with the doctor. Even for something as simple as one Shurink treatment, they carefully design it while considering hollow cheeks, and because I was in so much pain they adjusted the energy and performed the treatment very thoroughly. It hurts, but the results are good, so I paid for 3 sessions. It's a bit far, but it's definitely worth going..
