I made up my mind and got Ulthera for the first time because of my jowls and double chin. The consultation director was kind, but there was a slight push about the number of shots and add-ons. I went in thinking about 300 shots and said I would only do that much. My skin isn't thin, so I got Ulthera, and the fat removal around the jawline definitely worked well, and it seems they also adjusted the shot count for the jowl area. The place where the procedure was done wasn't very clean, but the doctor was kind. I'm happy that my face feels more lifted, but it's hard to expect kindness.
