I got hair removal through a discount event, but every time I visited, the staff didn't really seem kind. Just average.. The doctor seemed kind though. The person doing the procedure changed every time, and since it was only a quick 3-minute treatment? I don't even remember it lol. Anyway, it worked, and because it was cheap, I'm reasonably satisfied.
