I was surprised because the reviews were so bad. I was fine. The consultation manager I worked with was always kind. It's a cheap factory-style place, so it ends quickly and they come by while you're lying there, but it worked well for me. They were very thorough when removing skin tags. If you hate factory-style places, you probably won't like it, but I accept that because it's cheapㅋㅋㅋ My hair is almost gone nowㅎㅎ
