I got calf Botox last January, and for two weeks after the injection, my calves ached as if they were stiff. Then up until about two months, the calf muscles seemed to loosen up and get soft, but then they went back to normal. Even while getting the procedure, they said calf Botox needs to be done regularly, but I didn’t know it would return to normal this quickly
