My trapezius muscles were overly developed and very knotted up, so I wanted to improve the pain and refine the shape, which is why I got the injections. But first of all, it hurt so much,,, because the muscles were so knotted, they kept twitching every time the needle went in. The director said I would need to keep getting it regularly, but I didn't see much effect after the injections, so I haven't been getting them since then.
