I went there because a friend recommended it, but it wasn't my style. First, while the doctor was performing the procedure, he loudly scolded a nurse for something she had done wrong, and it made me so uncomfortable. It wasn't just a word or two; he kept going on and on, and I didn't want to hear it. It made me uneasy because it seemed like he wasn't focusing on the patient during the procedure. I had a freckle removed along with Fraxel, but the manager forgot to put on the regeneration tape and instead applied cream over it, so that area ended up remaining red and sunken. The hospital facilities should be remodeled...
