I bought a ticket and went because I wanted to do Excel V, but they said Excel V alone wouldn't be enough, so I paid extra at the hospital for Vbeam Perfecta too. The hospital felt a bit old and things were run in a factory-like way. Overall it wasn't bad, but the staff were speaking loudly among themselves even though there were customers there, so that was a bit awkward.
