There was a bit of a wait, and I went after buying and paying with Yeoshin Ticket, but the manager said that if you pay with Yeoshin Ticket, you have to cancel everything and pay again in order to add calming treatment or choose a director. I had paid through KakaoTalk with Yeoshin Ticket and was told I could choose a director (with an additional 10% charge), so why are they saying they won’t do it even though I’m willing to pay more? When I hesitated, they said, “Then think it over outside and come back,” in a tone that made it sound like they were busy, which made me angry, so I said, “Then please cancel it.” Suddenly they changed to a sweet tone. I had gone all the way to Myeongdong and was waiting for the procedure, thinking I’d never come back because I was so disgusted, but the doctor’s procedure was very thorough and good, so that was nice. Still, the overall staff atmosphere was chaotic and the manager was so rude. I’ll have to think again about whether to go back. I’d probably go again if it weren’t for the manager. The doctor has good skills, is thorough, and did a design consultation before the procedure.
