As a customer who has used Toxnfill since it first opened, it has now become almost factory-like. The free doctor consultation that used to be included every time I went is gone too (it seems you now have to book in advance and pay for it). The staff manager is kind, but whether by mistake or on purpose, they added a procedure I never mentioned and charged me more. When I complained later, they denied it, we had a few light arguments, and eventually they admitted it and refunded the difference, and as a service they gave me one fat-dissolving injection. The same kind of mistake happened again a few months later, and I lost all affection for them and never went back after that. Wait, beginners reading this should note this carefully.. This branch has many locations, and there are slight differences by branch. Also, Toxnfill's prices themselves are very reasonable, but except for a few branches, most have shifted to a high-volume, low-margin model (factory-like), so doctor consultations have also become paid, and now you must go through a consultation with the staff manager (who is strictly not a medical professional) before you can pay and get treated. The atmosphere inside the clinic moves very quickly, so it's hard to expect someone to take their time with each person, kindly teach you what you don't know, and so on. You may end up flustered and then get upset. So unless you go with a certain amount of knowledge about the procedure or have already decided exactly what you want, you might get persuaded into paying for this and that and regret it later. For people who already have a lot of experience with procedures, know a lot, are used to it, and just want to get the needed treatment quickly and go on their way.. I actively recommend it as a clinic where you can look good cheaply. They handle many things, so there are lots of procedure types and options, and the products don't seem fake at all; they seem to use only proper genuine products. Especially domestic botox is incredibly cheap. VAT of 10% is separate. Ah, and because it is a factory-like clinic, there are too many people too (especially weekends are hell, avoid them), so things like aqua peeling or acne extraction that are cheap and time-consuming are honestly done rather roughly..
