I had nose surgery with osteotomy and got it done with no implant, using ear cartilage. Compared with other clinics, the style is more natural, and the line is feminine (a slightly upturned half-C shape?). People whose features match this line will probably suit it well, but if you dislike an upturned nose, it may not suit you. It’s comfortable because they didn’t pack my nose with gauze.
