The front desk staff were the kindest at this place. None of the words they used or the guidance they gave felt awkward at all, and it was a hospital where you could feel they were genuinely treating patients with care. There were a lot of posts saying the director was very friendly, so I had high expectations, but he seemed the most cynical. Maybe he was busy that day, but the consultation took less than 5 minutes. There wasn't any wait either, but,,, the consultation wasn't professional, which was disappointing. Based on that, I didn't feel like they'd pay delicate attention to aftercare either, so I couldn't make my final choice.
