First, during the consultation, they explain things neatly by pointing out only the necessary parts. They're neither especially friendly nor unfriendly. They don't push unnecessary things, and the consultant manager is the same. There was no pressure to make a reservation, and they didn't make it burdensome. It just felt very neat and straightforward.
