The fact that each doctor has a separate area of surgery/procedures first of all makes me trust them. In Dr. Yoon's case, during the consultation they looked at my body shape and skin condition, and recommended the most suitable implant and size. While explaining the surgery method, they emphasized that it wouldn't hurt (and it really didn't hurt) They seemed proud of the surgery (and rightly so) The manager was kind and explained things well. The front desk is kind to the extent that, unless I'm the one causing trouble first, there's no need for either side to get upset. Just ordinary kindness.
