I told the consultation manager what I hoped for regarding the procedure, but I found out only during the procedure that it hadn't been passed on to the doctor. Only then did I rush to say it, but I was told only then that my request wasn't possible. Since the procedure was already underway, it couldn't be undone, so I just went ahead with it... but I was anxious during the procedure. The doctor spoke in a somewhat harsh way, so personally I felt uncomfortable. From other reviews, everyone says they're kind and good, so I wonder if I'm the problem ...
