I am doing the procedure while looking at the skin with my eyes, and the skin is responding well to the laser, so I can do it like this," so I believed it, but even though it was Thermage, shockingly, from the next day my facial fat gradually disappeared. (At least because I have a type with plenty of cheek fat, the side cheeks seem to have held up to this extent.) And they did the procedure without separate design work (it was my second visit, and even the previous procedure had no design, although Thermage was my first time). Because they lacked professional knowledge, the only response was hydration management, which even caused me to miss the golden time for quick regenerative treatment. And even that ended with talk about lawsuits and partial refunds, saying things like, "If you process it through the medical mutual aid association, your own money still goes out the same, so handle it quickly. I want to get rid of this case because it is stressful for me too" haha. Actually, after realizing the side effects, in a meeting with the association coordinator, they explained in detail what benefit the hospital gets from processing it through the medical mutual aid association, and since I was already mentally broken by the side effects and struggling to find a recovery method just to keep living my life, I was in no position to go around getting opinion letters to avoid being entangled with another hospital. When I was told that this disaster may have happened because I did not get a hydration injection during Thermage, I said I had a schedule a few days after the Thermage session and it would be hard to get an injection on my face because it would leave marks, but the manager said then I should do the 30,000-won hydration care. If that hydration injection was so important, shouldn't they have told me to do Thermage later when I said I had a schedule? Was that not an admission that they wanted to make money off Thermage and did not care what happened to my skin? At first after the procedure, the strong pulling also caused a big change in my eye shape, but due to the damage from that, my current eye shape has returned to how it was before, yet the skin around my eyes is badly damaged and wrinkled (the fine lines had only existed a little on the forehead due to ptosis, and absolutely not on the face), the pores have enlarged a lot, fat has been lost, and rather the skin elasticity has worsened. As for my appearance, after Thermage I complained of strong pulling inside the skin and a burning sensation, and requested a referral letter to move to a tertiary hospital, but they said there was a medical compensation mutual aid case involved, so how could they write a referral when our opinions differ? They told me to get it from neurology or another hospital. I suffered side effects similar to those of people who had complications from Ulthera or Shurink after strong procedures. It was truly, truly terrifying, and every day was filled with tears. I was extremely positive and had the highest satisfaction in life, but I became so afraid of the situation that I started having bad thoughts about how I was supposed to keep living, and even the director's response left deep wounds. Because of this, I have been spending my own money every week on regenerative treatments that cost several hundred thousand won. I am currently considering taking leave. If you ruined one person's life, please reflect and study. You kept insisting that the under-eye area could not collapse because the tip did not go in, but anatomically, as the front cheek collapsed, the fat pocket under the eyes that had been sitting above the collapsed area descended downward, and as a result, when viewed from the outside, both the under-eye area and the front cheek disappeared, which is what many doctors have told me, director. Everyone, please get your procedures from a dermatologist specialist. Or get treatment at a clinic that can handle side effects properly and has a conscience. This is a review for the public good.
