I came in for my first nose-surgery consultation, and the doctor recommended silicone + autologous costal cartilage, while the manager recommended silicone + ear cartilage. The two said different things, so I was caught off guard. The doctor’s consultation was over in about 2–3 minutes, very roughly, so that was disappointing. Autologous costal cartilage was in the 7–8 million won range, ear cartilage was in the 3–4 million won range, and the atmosphere strongly emphasized safety.
