Waiting time was moderate There were quite a lot of people The consultation felt safety-focused They said to use only ear cartilage, so it seems like they prioritize safety over shape or height The consultation wasn't warm and gentle or anything like that; it felt pretty blunt! I thought it was a bit much to do it with only ear cartilage, so I didn't put down a deposit There was no pressure to book
