I have thick skin and a bulbous nose, and there is no front-view effect. Looking at the review photos, it seemed like a very natural clinic, so when I said I didn't want anything too natural, it ended up showing and they asked if I had had nose surgery, probably because it's high. But there is no front-view effect, so I will have nose revision.
