Review

The director’s explanation was professional and he seemed proud of his own surgery. He lifted the tip of my nose with a cotton swab to show me, and he seemed very clear and firm about how far things could be done. He also looked inside my nose with a flashlight and explained how the surgery would proceed, and he seemed to try to explain the procedure in an easy-to-understand way.
