This seems like the only clinic where I talked with the doctor longer than with the manager. They explained things kindly and well, and when I asked about functional nose surgery, they showed me the endoscopy photos right then and there and pointed out exactly what could be done and what couldn't. I liked that they spoke honestly and without lying, saying clearly what could and couldn't be done.
