The doctor is meticulous and kind, and using standard language makes them feel even more approachable. The new facility has a clean feel, but when consulting, there was something about the way they spoke that felt like talking to a child? I was in my mid-20s.. And the manager was rude. I wasn't taking up that much time, but they spoke to me in a nagging way, as if asking why I didn't have any more questions? The front desk staff are nice.
