I went around consulting places known for nose implant removal, and also a hospital I visited for revision surgery because the consultation didn't feel right, thinking if I was going to revise it, they'd probably also be good at removal.. The consultation here was the one I liked best, and they explained the surgical method best. The hospital facilities aren't great, but they did show me the anesthesia department and even the CCTV, though only formally. It's been over a year since I had the implant removed, and unlike my worries, my nose hasn't fallen apart and I'm doing fine.. It's true that my nose is asymmetric, but since the implant had already moved and become crooked, I think that part couldn't be helped, and compared to right after surgery, the symmetry seems to be improving little by little..! It looks roughly similar to my original nose. When you look into removal, you end up wondering a lot whether to remove it or revise it, but I think I was right to just remove it...ㅠㅠ
