I got the feeling that the director would listen to the patient’s opinion well. From the reviews, when a patient talked about a turned-up nose, the director said first that they would make sure it wouldn’t become a turned-up nose... The consultant at the desk was also kind, so it seems like a good hospital. I’m putting it on my list for now
